Can my Parsley Health clinician fill out my disability claim?

The Parsley Health clinical team does not complete Disability Claim requests. As a practice, our policy is to defer this decision to our members’ primary care physicians (PCPs) or subspecialist providers. If you meet the requirements for disability, we encourage you to discuss your need for a letter and claim submission with your PCP or specialist. We are more than happy to provide you, your PCP, and/or your legal team with your complete medical records from Parsley Health, if needed.

If Parsley Health acts as your PCP, we may refer you to an appropriate specialist, such as an occupational health provider, to complete disability forms. Learn more about PCP at Parsley Health here.
