I just booked an online visit. What do I do when it's time for my visit?

We're excited to see you soon! A week prior to your visit, you will receive a reminder email for your upcoming visit. At any time before your visit, you may refer to the "Home" page of your MyParsley portal for the date, time and location details for the visit.

Additionally, be sure to complete your pre-visit questionnaire located on the home page of your portal.  Prior to each visit, you will need to fill out a Parsley Symptom Index (PSI) or a Visit Prep Form.  Lastly, you’ll also receive reminder emails with the details of your visit, so be sure to check and read your emails from us!
