How do I join and connect to a virtual visit?
Parsley Health doctors and health coaches conduct online visits with Zoom, a video conferencing app. We take extra precautions to protect your privacy and security in these online visits.
You can connect to your online visit on your desktop computer, smart phone, or tablet. Upon scheduling your online video visit, you will receive a visit link in your email confirmation. You can also access the visit link on the 'Home' page of the My Parsley Health portal. You can go ahead and click this link to connect with your provider at your scheduled appointment time. We recommend that you are in a quiet, private location with a strong wifi signal during the time of your visit.
You do not need to set up a Zoom account to join the visit, but you will need to download a small application file to install and launch the Zoom app. We recommend downloading the application in advance of your virtual visit, so that you are ready at your appointment time.
