How do I join and connect to a virtual appointment for my clinical care membership?
At Parsley Health, our clinicians and coaches use Zoom to conduct virtual appointments. We take extra steps to ensure your privacy and security during every session. While you don’t need a Zoom account, you will need to download the Zoom app—we recommend doing this ahead of time to avoid any last-minute delays.
To join your appointment, simply log in to your My Parsley Health portal. From the homepage, you’ll see an option to “Launch” your visit shortly before your scheduled appointment time.
Please remember to complete your pre-visit forms at least two days before your appointment. You’ll find all necessary forms in the “Upcoming Appointments” section of your portal.
