How can I share medical records with my care team?

If you have personal copies of your medical records, you can securely upload files through your My Parsley portal. After logging in, click the account icon (top right) > Medical Records.

1. Select the appropriate document type and enter the date the test or procedure was done.
2. Click "Choose file" to upload your document.
3. Click "Submit" once the upload is complete.

Important: Documents must be uploaded in one of the following formats: .pdf, .png, .jpg, or .jpeg. Other file types won’t be accepted by the system. Files are also limited to 4 MB in size.
