Your refreshed My Parsley portal — what's changed
We've recently given your My Parsley portal a fresh look and reorganized a few things to make your experience smoother. Here's a quick guide to help you find everything.
Navigation changes:
- Visits is now called Appointments — same place in the main menu
- Health Plan is now called Care Plan — same place in the main menu
- Labs — your lab orders and results are now combined in one section in the main menu
- Medical Record has moved to the Account menu
- Questionnaires is now called Intake Forms — in the Account menu
- Password changes are now part of your Profile page in the Account menu
- Account menu: Your account icon in the top right gives you access to Profile, Intake Forms, Medical Record, Membership, Insurance, Payment Method, Invoices, Parsley Store, and Support.
- Footer: You'll find Blog, FAQ, Perks, and Feedback links at the bottom of every page.
