Refund eligibility varies by test vendor and typically requires that the test has not been collected or shipped to the lab. If you meet the refund criteria set by the test vendor (such as Genova, RealTime Labs, or Vibrant America), we can issue a full refund for the test cost, minus the administrative fee.
