What will happen to my current membership if I switch to an in-network plan?

If you opt in to an Aetna NY in-network plan, you do not need to start a new annual plan. Your membership will continue on the same timeline as before, and you’ll be credited the difference between your most recent membership payment and your new membership fee of $69/month (or $769/annually). You do, however, have the option to request a reimbursement instead of a credit if you’d like.
