I have out-of-network benefits. Will they cover the cost of Parsley Health?

Many of our members use out-of-network benefits to receive some reimbursement for services provided by your Parsley medical team.

Please call your insurance plan’s customer service number for more information on your individual out-of-network benefits. As coverage in each plan can vary, your dedicated care manager is here to provide you with a list of questions to ask your insurance company and answer any other questions you may have.

You can also message your Parsley care team directly for non-urgent medical needs at any time via your Member Portal. Simply log in and navigate to Messages > New Message, and your care team will respond within 48 business hours.
