I have out-of-network benefits. Will they cover the cost of Parsley Health?

If we're not currently in-network with your insurance, many of our members use out-of-network benefits to receive some reimbursement for services provided by your Parsley care team.

Please call your insurance plan’s customer service number for more information on your individual out-of-network benefits. As each plan's coverage varies, here are some questions we recommend:

  1. What's my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I met?
  2. Can I submit a superbill or invoice for a medical visit at Parsley Health for reimbursement?
  3. If my Parsley clinician orders labs, will those be covered at the out-of-network level?
  4. What is the process for submitting reimbursement for out-of-network care?
