If you are experiencing urgent medical symptoms that need immediate medical attention, we always recommend visiting an urgent care facility or the emergency room. They are better equipped to handle urgent needs promptly. We are always happy to provide additional support in conjunction with the recommended treatment from urgent care.
If your message request is ever urgent based on your care with Parsley, please contact your care team utilizing the My. Parsley Health portal. Mark your message as "URGENT" by checking the urgent box from within the message window. Your care team will get back to you as soon as possible during business hours Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm.
Parsley Health does not provide weekend medical services such as urgent care. We recommend connecting with your Primary Care Physician (PCP) or visiting your nearest urgent care.
We do recommend updating your Parsley clinician about any medical events over messaging or by scheduling a visit with your provider team to discuss further.
