What do I need to know before my in-person visit?

We are excited to welcome you to one of our Parsley Health Centers. We are taking a series of steps based on local and national guidelines to make sure members and employees stay safe at our Centers.

  • Safe arrivals – We are screening members in advance of appointments, your temperature will be taken with a no-contact thermometer when you arrive, and spaced-out appointments means you can be in and out of the Center safely. For additional safety, visitors will not be allowed to join you in the Center.
  • Clean spaces – We are cleaning our equipment after every member visit, and increasing the frequency that we’re cleaning our bathrooms and shared spaces. HEPA air purifiers and hand sanitizer will be in every space throughout the Center. Our cafe will be closed to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Face coverings – We ask all members and Parsley team members to wear a face covering while in our Center. Feel free to bring your own if you’d like, or we'll have one ready for you when you arrive.
  • Safe employees – Team members will be monitoring themselves for symptoms, and their temperature will be taken each day upon arrival.
Please review the following questions before coming in for your in-person visit at our Center:

2.) Have you been in close-contact with anyone with a laboratory-confirmed case of COVID-19?
** If you answered yes to either of these questions, please message your care team so that we can help you reschedule your  visit accordingly **
