What if I am late for my appointment?

Please call us at (332) 400-0416 if you are running late for an appointment or need assistance finding one of the Parsley Health centers.

Please note the following grace periods. If you are late, your care team will work with you to reschedule your appointment to ensure that there is sufficient time.

  • ~5 minutes late for 30-minute appointments
  • ~10 minutes late for 60-minute appointments
