How do I cancel my membership?


We get it—things change. While we’d love to continue supporting your health journey, you can cancel your membership at any time.


Here’s what to know:

For the Longevity Labs membership:

  • Full Refund: Available within 2 days of purchase.
  • Eligibility: The lab service must not have been used.

For the Complete Care membership:

The Complete Care membership is annual, with two ways to pay:

  • Annually upfront (includes a discounted rate)
  • Monthly (billed each month automatically)

No matter how you pay, your membership auto-renews every 12 months unless you cancel before your renewal date.


To cancel your membership , go to My Account > Membership > Options > Cancellation or text ‘cancel’ to 332-400-0413 for support.


A few important notes:

  • If you paid annually, your membership is non-refundable.
  • If you pay monthly, you can cancel anytime to stop future billing—just know we don’t refund for unused time or visits.
  • You can always add extra visits beyond your plan for an additional fee, based on your insurance or our out-of-pocket rates.
  • After cancellation, you’ll still have access to your visit notes, labs, and handouts in your My Parsley portal.
