How do I cancel my membership?


We get it—things change. While we’d love to continue supporting your health journey, you can cancel your membership at any time.


Here’s what to know:

For the Longevity Labs membership:

-Full Refund: Available within 2 days of purchase.

-Eligibility: The lab service must not have been used.


The Complete Care membership is annual, with two ways to pay:

-Pay annually upfront (includes a discounted rate)

-Pay monthly (billed automatically each month)


No matter how you pay, your membership auto-renews every 12 months unless you cancel before your renewal date.


To cancel:

Go to My Account > Membership > Options > Cancellation

Or text ‘cancel’ to 332-400-0413 for support.


A few important notes:

If you paid annually, your membership is non-refundable.

If you pay monthly, you can cancel anytime to stop future billing—just know we don’t refund for unused time or visits.


You can always add extra visits beyond your plan for an additional fee, based on your insurance or our out-of-pocket rates.


After cancellation, you’ll still have access to your visit notes, labs, and handouts in your My Parsley portal.
