How do I cancel my membership?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness to all of our customers. Therefore, please take note of our cancellation policy:

Month-to-month memberships: 

  • Final Payment: When you cancel your membership, you consent to one final payment equal to your monthly rate. 
  • Access Period: Your access to the program will continue for the entire month following your final payment. This means you will have access to all program materials and resources throughout this period.
  • You may cancel your membership in the member portal under My account > Membership > Options > Cancellation. 

Annual Memberships: 

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable. You will have access to Parsley Health services through your 12-month agreement. 
  • You may opt out of auto-renewal in the member portal under My account > Membership > Options > Cancellation. 

Refunds will not be given for any unused medical or health coach visits or unused or remaining time in your membership; per our (T&C), we do not offer refunds on any of our membership plans.

Please note that even after your membership has ended, you’ll have continued access to your visit notes, lab records, and handouts in your My Parsley Health account.
