How do I cancel my membership?
At Parsley Health, our membership is set up as an annual plan with the option to pay in monthly installments or in a single upfront payment. All members have the opportunity to cancel their membership at any point in their 12-month agreement.
If you make monthly payments on your membership, we will process one final membership fee per your billing cycle after requesting cancellation. You will have access to Parsley Health services through that billing period. For example, if you are paying $175/month, you will make one more payment of $175 while being able to utilize Parsley services until the end of that period.
If you paid for your membership upfront, you will not be charged a final fee to cancel. You will have access to Parsley Health services through your cancellation date.

- Select the 'Messaging' tab at the top of your My Parsley Health portal
- Select 'New Message'
- Select 'Membership Question'
- 'Membership Status'
- 'Cancel Membership'
From there your message will be directly routed to our Membership Experience who will be able to further assist with your request.
We do not offer refunds on our annual or monthly membership plans.
