Where can I complete my testing?

You've got options to make testing as convenient as possible. Your care manager will work closely with you to determine the best option for you:

  • Local lab: We work with most labs, including LabCorp, Quest, and BioReference. As another option, we can send your lab order to a nearby lab that is in-network with your insurance plan. After confirming your insurance’s preferred in-network lab facility, message your medical team to ensure your lab order is prepared for the appropriate facility, or to discuss alternative testing options.
  • At-home testing: Many of our specialty tests can be completed at home. We ship you a kit, you provide your sample and ship it to the processing lab.
  • Parsley Centers: As of January 2023, we have paused in-person lab offerings. We anticipate reopening our lab for blood draws and other testing as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this causes. In the meantime, we’re here to support your advanced testing needs. Please reply directly to this email or message from your My Parsley Health account for assistance with scheduling future labs.
