Clinical Care: I have an upcoming in-person appointment, but now I'd like to change it to virtual. How do I do this?

To change an appointment from in-person to virtual, you will need to cancel your upcoming appointment and reschedule for another date.

Follow these steps:

  1. Find the appointment card on the home page of your My Parsley Health portal under 'Upcoming Appointments'
  2. On the visit tile, click "Change"
  3. In the appearing menu click "Cancel Appointment"
  4. Now, schedule a new appointment by going back to the home page
  5. Before you select the date and time, you will be given an option to choose "Virtual or "In Person". Choose "Virtual".
