I have an upcoming in-person visit, but now I'd like to change it to virtual. How do I do this?

To change a visit from in-person to virtual you will need to cancel your upcoming visit and reschedule for another date. Follow these steps:

  1. Find the visit card on the home page of your My Parsley Health portal under 'Upcoming Visits'
  2. On the visit tile, click "Change"
  3. In the appearing menu click "Cancel Visit"
  4. Now schedule a new visit by going back to the home pag
  5. Before you select the date and time of the visit, you will be given an option to choose "Virtual or "In Person". Choose "Virtual". Example below:
