Clinical Care: I have an upcoming in-person appointment, but now I'd like to change it to virtual. How do I do this?
To change an appointment from in-person to virtual, you will need to cancel your upcoming appointment and reschedule for another date.
Follow these steps:
- Find the appointment card on the home page of your My Parsley Health portal under 'Upcoming Appointments'
- On the visit tile, click "Change"
- In the appearing menu click "Cancel Appointment"
- Now, schedule a new appointment by going back to the home page
- Before you select the date and time, you will be given an option to choose "Virtual or "In Person". Choose "Virtual".
