Is there anything I should do before my first visit?

Yes! We're looking forward to meeting you. Prior to your initial visit, please complete the onboarding process in My Parsley Health. We recommend that you set aside ~1 hour to complete your intake forms.

First, you will be asked to complete pre-visit questionnaires and schedule your Care Manager Visit. For Complete Care members, you'll schedule your medical visit first. For Free Trial & Program members you'll schedule with your Health Coach first.

If you have previous test results that you’d like your clinician to review, you can upload them to your portal. Your provider may choose to review labs most relevant to your care. To do so, click on the “Labs” tab under “My Health” or visit this link.
