Is there anything I should do before my first visit?

Before your initial visit, please complete the onboarding process in your My Parsley Health portal. We recommend setting aside approximately 1 hour to complete all initial intake forms.


If you have previous test results you'd like your clinician to be aware of, you can upload them directly to your portal. Your provider will focus on the labs most relevant to your care. To upload documents, click on the account menu (top right), and select Medical Records.
