Each specialty test kit will include specific, detailed instructions for successful sample collection. Once you receive your kit, please refer to the printed instructions included inside for details on how to prepare, collect your sample, and submit your completed kit for processing.

All specialty test kits will include a prepaid shipping label and packaging so that you can send your sample directly to the processing lab upon completion. To ensure viability of your sample, please follow the specific return shipping instructions included in your kit prior to completing your test.

Also make sure to include the completed requisition form inside your test kit prior to shipping it to the lab. Test kits received without a completed requisition form may result in delayed results or require a full recollection.
