Does my membership automatically renew?
All of our memberships are set to renew automatically after 12 months. You have full access to adjusting the renewal plan type or canceling your renewal plan within your My Parsley Health portal. You may do so by following the steps listed below:
- Click on your initial in the top right corner of your portal home page
- Select 'membership'
- From there you will click on 'options'
- And select either 'upgrade' if you would like to change your renewal plan.
- Or 'cancel' if you would like to cancel your auto renewal plan.
If you have any questions, please connect with the Membership Experience team by following the steps listed below:
- Select the 'messaging' tab at the top of your My Parsley Health portal
- Select 'new message'
- Select 'membership question'
- 'membership status'
- 'cancel membership'
From there your message will be routed directly to our Membership Experience who will be able to further assist with your request.
