What happens if I don't use all of my visits within the year?

While your visits do not automatically roll over from year to year, there is plenty of time to use all of your visits within your 12-month membership period.


We encourage members to schedule Clinician and Health Coach visits in advance based on your providers’ recommendations, so you can select the dates and times that work best for you.


If your membership is coming up for renewal and you still have visits remaining, you can schedule the remaining visits even for dates after your renewal begins as long as your account remains active and you renew. If you are planning to cancel at your renewal those remaining visits will be forfeited.
