What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

• We do not charge for your first missed visit. After that, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments with a clinician or health coach. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 charge to the credit card on file.
• If you do not show up for an office, or video visit without notifying your provider (via email) or rescheduling in your My Parsley Health portal, you will be charged $100. However, you will still be able to reschedule that visit. In other words, the visit won't be forfeited.
• Lab draw no-shows are subject to a $25 non-refundable fee. If you are unable to make it to your lab appointment, please notify your care team via messaging or phone or reschedule in your My Parsley Health portal.
