We want you to experience Parsley and our different model of care, so you'll have 21 days to decide if The Program is right for you by connecting with a care manager, and a Health Coach in our Free Trial.
If you decide after meeting with the team, it's not a good fit, you can cancel directly through your MyParsley account.
After your 21 day trial or once you've seen a doctor, you can cancel and receive a full refund minus fees associated with any services used according to the following schedule:
$375 - 60 minute doctor visit
$150 - 30 minute doctor visit
$100 - health coach visit
Complete Care & Other Annual Plans (12 month plans):
If you change your mind within 24 hours of signing up, we are happy to issue a full refund. Although we’d love to see you and let our care do the talking!
If you cancel after 48 hours but before your first doctor’s visit, you will receive a refund less a $150 service fee.
After 48 hours, we offer a six month trial during which time you may cancel and receive a full refund minus fees associated with any services used according to the following schedule:
$375 - 60 minute doctor visit
$150 - 30 minute doctor visit
$100 - health coach visit
After 6 months, you may cancel at any time for a $500 cancellation fee.

Assessment:

After 24 hours, you have 60 days from your purchase date to request a refund. If you have not scheduled your Assessment visit after 60 days, you will receive a full refund less a $50 service fee. If you've held either a medical or coaching visit, we cannot issue a refund.
