What if I change my mind about my membership?

Complete Care & Annual Plans

At Parsley Health, our Complete Care and Renewal memberships are all set up as 12 month, annual plans. If you'd like to request to cancel your membership early, you will be responsible for covering the cost of services utilized in your membership (detailed below). You have the ability to opt out of your renewal plan by visiting the membership section of your MyParsley Health portal.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of signing up, we are happy to issue a full refund. Although we’d love to see you and let our care do the talking!

If you cancel after 48 hours but before your first medical visit, you may receive a refund less a $150 service fee.

After 48 hours, if you’d like to cancel your membership early you will be only responsible for paying for the costs of services you used. We will collect the balance between membership fees paid and fees associated with visits used according to the following schedule:

  • $375 per 60 minute clinician visit
  • $150 per 30 minute clinician visit
  • $100 per health coach visit
