I scheduled a clinical lab review visit - What is the policy for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment?

We have a late cancellation and rescheduling fee. If you cancel or reschedule your Clinical lab review visit less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a $50 fee will apply. The fee is charged automatically to your account.
