How do I download my lab results?

You can always access and save your results directly from your My Parsley portal.

From a Computer or Laptop

  • Log in to your portal and go to the Medical Record tab at the top of the screen.
  • Click 'View Results' on the document you’d like to save.
  • Locate the results in the 'Downloads' folder on your device to view your results.

From a Mobile Device (Phone or Tablet)

  • Log in to your portal, click on the Menu (three lines in the upper left corner) and select the Medical Record section.
  • Scroll to the document you'd like to save and click 'View Results'.
  • If a pop-up appears, click 'Download".
  • Locate the results in the 'Downloads' folder on your device to view your results.
