Longevity Labs: Can I pause or cancel my plan?

Plans cannot be paused. However, if you have not completed your blood draw, you may cancel your plan and request a full refund.

To request cancellation, contact the Membership Experience Team via portal messaging or call (332) 400-0416 and press 1.
