Help! I received a bill I wasn’t expecting.

If you ever receive a bill in the mail from a lab that you weren’t expecting, please forward it to your lab manager and we will work with you to get it addressed. Often resubmitting to insurance with updated information takes care of the bill. In other cases what you have received is not in fact a bill, but your insurance company denying payment of a bill. Actual bills come from the lab not the insurance company and we have worked diligently to make sure all fees are paid up front and are expected.
