Why is your membership locked in for 6 months after your initial visit?

Your membership is designed to be a partnership between you and your providers. It takes more than one visit to see results. After your first appointment, you have met with your Parsley Health doctor for more time than most primary care doctors spend with their patients in 5 years and have embarked upon your own unique health journey. If you don’t feel like your doctor or health coach is the right fit, you can always try someone new (we won’t take offense!) We are here to partner with you in seeking optimal health.

If you'd like to cancel your membership, please email contact us at membership@parsleyhealth.com or message us through your My Parsley Health portal with the subject line “Membership Cancellation Request”. We’re sorry to see you go but wish you the best in your health journey!
