I was notified my membership was extended. What does this mean?

During periods of high demand when wait times for a follow up visit are longer than usual, you may be notified of a membership extension for your Complete Care plan.

In this case, we proactively extend your membership by one or more months to ensure that you receive a full year of care. You will not be billed during the extension period. However, you’ll still have access to the My Parsley Health Portal, member-exclusive wellness perks, and doctor-approved blog content.  

We recommend getting started with your membership by completing your intake questionnaires, uploading medical records, and enjoying your membership perks.
