What if I change my mind about my membership?

If you change your mind within 24 hours of signing up, we are happy to issue a full refund. Although we’d love to see you and let our care do the talking! 

After 24 hours, you have 60 days from your purchase date to request a refund. If you have not scheduled your Assessment visit after 60 days, you will receive a full refund less a $50 service fee. If you've held either a medical or coaching visit, we cannot issue a refund.

If you cancel after 24 hours but before your first doctor’s visit, you will receive a refund less a $150 service fee. If you have held your initial visit with a doctor or health coach, your membership is considered activated and locked in for 6 months (of your 12 month membership). After the first 6 months, you can cancel anytime for a $500 cancellation fee. This fee covers a portion of the costs associated with the remainder of your membership.

Why is your membership locked in for 6 months after your initial visit? Because it’s designed to be a commitment. It takes more than one visit to see results. After your first appointment, you have met with your Parsley Health doctor for more time than most primary care doctors spend with their patients in 5 years and have embarked upon your own unique health journey. If you don’t feel like your doctor or health coach is the right fit, you can always try someone new (we won’t take offense!) We are here to partner with you in seeking optimal health.
