What if I change my mind about my membership?
If you change your mind within 24 hours of signing up, we are happy to provide a full refund - although we’d love to see you and let our approach do the talking!
After 24 hours, you have 60 days from the date you signed up to request a refund. If you have not come in for your Assessment visit, you will receive a full refund less a non-refundable $50 service fee.
If you have come in for either your doctor or coaching visit, we cannot provide a refund.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of signing up, we are happy to provide a full refund - although we’d love to see you once and let our approach do the talking! If you cancel after 24 hours, but before your first doctor visit, you will receive a refund less a non-refundable $150 service fee.
If you have already come in for your initial visit with your doctor or health coach, your membership is considered activated and locked in for 6 months (of your 12 month membership). After the first 6 months of your membership, you can cancel anytime for our $500 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee covers a portion of the costs associated with the remainder of your membership, so we can continue to provide our members with world class doctors, amazing health coaches, and an administrative team working to provide our patients unique offerings such as 24/7 messaging, easily accessible and secure patient notes, Parsley perks, and member community events.
Why is your membership locked in for 6 months after the first visit? Because this membership is designed to be a commitment. It takes more than one visit to see long term results. Once you have had your first visit, not only have you met with your Parsley doctor for longer than most primary care doctors spend with their patients in 5 years, but you also have begun your unique health journey.
If you do not like your doctor or your health coach you can always try someone new (we won’t take offense if you want to switch things up!). If you have any concerns at all, please tell us. We are here to partner with you in your health journey.
