I tried to send a message and there was an error. Please help.
If you received a “Whoops” error when trying to send a message, the error may be due to a connection issue. First, try refreshing the page you are on to see if that resolves it.
If the error persists, please reach out to us. You can do so a couple ways:
- Send us a message on the portal by the selecting "My Membership" option and then "Tech Support" through the Messages feature.
- You can also send us an email with your technical issue at support@parsleyhealth.com
